AP-63 care bed with neck rest for superior reclining comfort and attractive design

Reclining surface | Reclining surface sections

• Reclining surface made of electrically-welded precision-steel tubing with wire meshing as well as optional removable plastic elem-ents which are antistatic, acid- and UV-resistant.
• The reclining surface is divided into four sections with an additional neck rest (optional).
• Two mountings for risers on the left and right on the inner side of the head section.
• Seat section made of waterproof laminated wooden laths of adjustable rigidity.
• Backrest can be aligned in accordance with DBfK specifications.
• Integrated bed extension feature.
  

• The backrest can be adjusted smoothly and electrically by up to approx. 70°.
• Operation using the hand switch.
• Integrated emergency trigger for backrest.
• The thigh rest can be adjusted smoothly and electrically using the hand switch.
• These functions can be executed individually or simultaneously; autocontour.
• Adjustment via dual continuous current motor, 24 V, protection class II; protection type IP X4; 230 V power supply, 50 Hz.
• The neck rest (optional) can be adjusted using a precision ratchet system.
• The extended leg rest and reverse angling of the lower leg rest
  can also be adjusted using a precision ratchet system.
  

• Smooth height adjustment via two continuous current motors.
• Operation via hand switch.
• Incline, i.e. head and foot sections, can be adjusted smoothly and independently to the shock recovery position or to a comfortableseated position.
• Max. leg height: 8°; max. leg depth: 8°.
  

• Carriage comprises two lifting elements (fully-panelled) in the head and foot sections.
• The bed can be wheeled on 4 standard castors, ø 100 mm.
• The bed avails of double castor central locking and can be wheeled manually at any position.
  

• The surface finish of the steel components is coated electrostatically
  with polyester powder following the appropriate preliminary treatment.
• The powder is then burned in to provide impact resistance.
• This high-quality coating guarantees dual corrosion protection.
